1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bt66 and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the bt66 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, financial transactions, promotions, customer support services, and any other features made available through bt66.

By completing the registration process and activating a bt66 account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is also implied by any act of placing a bet, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the bt66 platform after these Terms have been made available to you.

bt66 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current rules.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where access to bt66 is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from bt66 or any related gambling service.
• You are not accessing the platform in any professional capacity as an agent of another person.

bt66 conducts mandatory age and identity verification for all registered accounts. Until verification is complete, withdrawal privileges and certain account functions will be restricted. Verification requires the submission of a valid government -issued photo identification document and, where required, proof of residential address. bt66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the player relationship.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately. All funds held in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited and may be donated to a responsible gaming charity at bt66's discretion. bt66 cooperates fully with any regulatory body or law enforcement authority investigating underage gambling.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bt66 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. bt66 is not liable for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

bt66 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or use your bt66 account. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or to allow another person to operate your account will result in immediate suspension.

3.1 Account Currencies

All bt66 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are expressed in BDT. bt66 does not charge a currency conversion fee. The minimum account balance required to place a bet is ৳10.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bt66 login credentials, including your username and password. bt66 strongly recommends that Players choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, and that they enable any available two-factor authentication options.

Any activity carried out using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. bt66 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bt66 immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

bt66 will never request your password via email, telephone, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from bt66 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits and Payments

bt66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. bt66 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. bt66 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for most accounts; however, enhanced due diligence procedures may apply to accounts where the cumulative deposit volume over a given period exceeds thresholds established by bt66's internal risk management framework. Players subject to enhanced due diligence may be required to provide additional documentation before further deposits are processed.

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's bt66 wallet within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days to reflect in the player's account. bt66 does not charge a processing fee on any deposit.

5.3 Deposit Source Requirements

All funds deposited into a bt66 account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. bt66 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the beneficial ownership of the deposited funds cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

6. Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where that method supports withdrawals, to ensure consistency with bt66's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain as account balance until the threshold is reached.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval for accounts that have completed full identity verification. For accounts where verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers bt66's enhanced due diligence procedures, processing may take up to 72 hours (BST). bt66 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.3 Verification Requirement

bt66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the account's prior verification status. Requests for documentation are issued in good faith and must be complied with within 14 calendar days. Failure to provide requested documentation within this period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance pending resolution.

6.4 Winnings Subject to Wagering

Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Winnings derived from free bets or free spins cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. bt66 will clearly state the applicable wagering multiplier in each promotion's specific terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bt66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the bt66 platform alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the Player to whose account they are offered. Bonus sharing or transfer between accounts is not permitted.
• All bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• bt66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.
• Players who request a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will have any outstanding bonus balance and associated bonus-derived winnings forfeited from their account prior to withdrawal processing.
• bt66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or in collusion with other players.

7.2 Seasonal Promotions

bt66 periodically runs promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket events such as the BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All such promotions will carry individual terms published on the platform and are available to eligible registered Players only.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bt66 platform are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing a bet.

8.1 Void Bets

bt66 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed under circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, evidence of arbitrage abuse, evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns, or any other circumstance in which bt66 reasonably determines that the integrity of the relevant market has been compromised.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems provided by bt66's game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bt66 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the bt66 server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding outcome.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

bt66 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the Player's side. Where a live game round is interrupted and cannot be completed, the rules of the relevant game provider shall govern the treatment of the incomplete round.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt66 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating, operating, or using more than one registered account on the bt66 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the bt66 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any bt66 game or system for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process any funds of illegal origin through the bt66 platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at bt66:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bt66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of bt66 or its licensed game providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of bt66.

The bt66 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive intellectual property of bt66. Unauthorised use of any bt66 brand asset is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the bt66 platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the bt66 platform.
• Any technical failure, system downtime, or data loss that is beyond bt66's reasonable control.
• Any third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processing delays initiated by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

In all circumstances, bt66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bt66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their bt66 account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where bt66 is required by law or regulation to implement changes with immediate effect.

Continued use of the bt66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they should cease using the platform and may request closure of their account and return of their remaining balance by contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. bt66 operates as an online gaming platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh and is committed to resolving any disputes with Players in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

In the first instance, any dispute arising from these Terms or from a Player's use of the bt66 platform should be directed to bt66's customer support team at [email protected]. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the bt66 support team, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. bt66 values its relationship with every Player and regards escalation to formal dispute mechanisms as a last resort.
